How We Use Information
We use information to provide MitraBooks accounting, ERP, reporting, onboarding, support, billing, security, and compliance preparation features. Tenant financial records are handled as tenant-scoped business data.
AI, OCR, and Uploaded Documents
AI and OCR features may extract data from uploaded documents, suggest classifications, or prepare summaries. These outputs require user review before financial posting, filing, or management reliance.
Security and Retention
MitraBooks should use role-based access, tenant isolation, audit trails, and controlled retention. Payment credentials, secrets, and unrelated personal data should not be stored in MitraBooks records.
