MitraBooks provides cloud ERP and accounting workflows for business books, GST/TDS preparation, reports, document processing, and CA/bookkeeper practice operations.
User Responsibilities
- Maintain accurate business, tax, company, user, and accounting information.
- Review invoices, vouchers, reports, OCR output, AI suggestions, and statutory preparation data before use.
- Keep credentials secure and grant access only to authorized staff, clients, or advisors.
Accounting Controls
Posted financial records should be corrected through reversals or adjustment entries instead of in-place edits. MitraBooks is not a substitute for professional CA, tax, audit, or legal judgment.
Service Limits
MitraBooks is not a live GST filing portal, bank payment execution system, payroll engine, or statutory adviser unless a reviewed integration and tenant authorization explicitly enable that scope.
Pricing and Implementation
Subscription plans may be Free, Basic, Starter, Growth, or Enterprise custom quote. One-time implementation, migration, and training fee: get quote. Taxes and third-party provider charges may apply where relevant.
Governing Law
These terms are intended to be governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Bengaluru, Karnataka, unless a signed agreement says otherwise.
